My tax preparer Nicole was very friendly and personable. We had a great conversation as she prepared my tax returns. Couldn't be happier with the job she did and again how professional and friendly she was. I hope she is back next tax season, I will be back.

They helped us originally with a letter that we received from the IRS, so we returned for them to do our taxes this year! No more ridiculous mistakes from me and only professionalism from this office. Thank you! Edit: Um, just received a letter from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue stating that the taxes that were done by you were not only wrong, but now we have to PAY them $1314.80. We will be showing up at your office ASAP to get this settled.
