The Jackson Hewitt on Chestnut St in downtown Chattanooga has the hardest working ladies I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Michele made a stressful time much less so with her calm, professional disposition. She was knowledgeable, kind, & helpful through the entire process, despite multiple interruptions. The price was very reasonable & my taxes were done in a timely manner. Kudos to the Chestnut St crew!!! 👏🏻
