2023 and 2024 were kind of terrible service. For one Megan, ask another assistant a question and said out loud that other people heard her, she asked a question saying that I was on my PARTNER insurance and I said where you get that from, I didn't say nothing about no partner, I said my ex. She apologized saying she was thinking about something else. I still haven't received my federal tax refund from 2024.
