Representative that helped us do our taxes was excellent very knowledgeable and tried like money on our taxes, and she tried to save us money on the charge for her doing the taxes, which was way too high y'all have been doing our taxes for 15 years, I was Charles 900 dollars the representative tried to help us, but her supervisor would not budge on the price I was not happy with that

The cost was outrageous! The tax preparation was torture Jim couldn't figure out how to download the W2 I sent from my phone and kept insisting it was on my end even though I showed successfully sent on my end. I ended up going to Office Max to make hard copies.He didn't ask if I had any additional claims for deductions. The other preparers were giving their clients a coupon on their filing, Jim offered no such thing.
