I spoke to a woman in February about a appointment(set 3/08). I arrived to the appointment with my wife and no one was there. I called a bunch of numbers and couldn't get anyone to pick up. So we went home. During the next week someone called(Cynthia claimed to be manager) and said she would do taxes herself 3/15. I called 3/14 to make sure about appointment(storm coming 3/15) and a woman said still set,but gave different name of woman to do taxes. She said I could come in 3/14 and have Heather do taxes. I made a appointment the same day but the last was late for the appointment. I called the place where I made the appointment and they had to track her down. The Lady seemed a little disorganized but was perky. She ignored some info I had for my taxes(told I don't need) but after finishing up, she decided she did need to add(don't know if she did)info. Although I don't want to pay back large, I also don't want to tinker with the numbers, which she wanted me to do(to get more back).
