Tax Preparer answered questions, was helpful and did a good job completing my tax return forms. Happy with the service.
Had a perfectly lovely experience with my Jackson Hewitt associate they were lovely, that said I paid almost $600 so that she could push a few more buttons and indicate that I received patronage from an employee owned company... that's considered an advanced return and it's unacceptable. I will not be returning
Had an appointment for 0900 hrs or 9:00am. Arrived a little bit late and would have been willing to hang around if someone else was given my spot. After standing around with no one in the booth I just assumed they had gone for a break as it got to be 0930 hrs I finally asked one of the walmart workers if anyone from Jackson Hewitt was here, thier reply was not yet. I'm not pleased. The least that could have been done was a call to reschedule or to offer me somewhere go.
