I have been in this office for 2 years and a half. If you are older than 35 I strongly don't recommend this place. I have seen little to non improvement on my teeth. The charges were high for the work that has been done and to schedule and appointment is the most uncomfortable issue with them. At the beginning they will see you once a month and over time every two months to change elastics. If you work they are virtually unable to accommodate you for the weekends. This place has great customer service. The staff is very good at time management. Every time we go there, the wait time to get to the doctor is very short.
