Today was my third and final visit to this practice, and unfortunately, it confirmed that I will never return. Their scheduling system is completely unreliable. I was scheduled for a 10:00 AM appointment and arrived at 9:59 AM. By 10:25 AM, I still had not been seen. Mi médico es excelente.. me siento muy bien atendido, el.medico muy profesional!
Pésimo!!!! Este centro médico es una decepción, mi esposo y yo teníamos la mayor expectativa, el primer día el doctor entró y no lo revisó, mi esposo le preguntó sobre la posibilidad de reducir el estómago lo cual el doctor respondió “ vas a perder el placer de comer”, su ropa estaba sucia y mal presentado para ser médico, nunca le proporcionó asistencia médica para un problema en el pie. Le dimos una segunda oportunidad y mi esposo llegó pasó al consultorio y pasó una hora y nunca lo atendieron
Doctors are great and always do their best to take care of you, it’s a very human and like family treatment approach not for nothing these are family doctors. They also make sure you understand what you have and the reason for the prescriptions you’re getting, if something doesn’t work they’ll prescribe you an alternate medicine that will work for you.
