I originally met owner Mr. Ron Jackson some years ago. At that time it was in passing and networking of two small business owners. This morning I called because I was now in need of his services. Within 2 hrs. Mr. Jackson and his assistant arrived. They listened as I explained the problems, surveyed my units, crawled thru my attic and even completed a video to walk me thru what damages were done.
