We get decent service from the Peterbilt team, not as good as our Freightliner dealer, but decent.

Took the time to research and ensure they were selling me the correct parts for my truck. And I feel like the parts were priced fairly.
Beware of this dealer! I brought in my 389 to check the A/C, they told me after checking the truck I needed to change the refrigerant lines from my firewall to my sleeper, they also told me these had to special ordered and made from Peterbilt and would take 4 days. Since I was under a load that was going Las Vegas, I decided to leave, they charged me $247.40 for this evaluation.
