Terrible experience - management is inadequate. Cheap apartments and they refused to show my mom and I the apartment because she didn’t have an ID with her, even though I did. It’s the first time we ever experienced something like this, expensive apartments that we looked at always let us see the place no problem.
Owner does not return “refundable” security deposit .
I have lived at the Jackson Greens Apartments for almost five years. The staff have been the same the whole time I've lived here and are really wonderful. Work orders are nearly always completed within 24 hours, and the front office is easy to get in touch with via email or text. The complex is generally quiet, especially during quiet hours.
