Unfortunately I lost my Dad August 2025 and decided to use Jackson Funeral Home. I was met with a cold and dismissive attitude from a worker by the name Leslie who answers the phone. She was very unprofessional and she added unnecessary stress that I had during an already difficult time. Her actions tainted the memory of my Dads final arrangements. She demonstrated a complete lack of empathy. Due to this any future plans I will no longer use this Funeral home. And I have spread my experience to Family & Friends.
Jackson Funeral home prepared my grand daughter, Tiara McClain. They did an outstanding job! She looked like a beautiful angel sleeping. Thank you for the love, care, and expert preparation of my granddaughter. Mrs. Rosia (Belle) Sarnoski
