If I could give zero star to them, I would have done that. If you want to be insulted, mocked at or lied to then go to this dealership. Otherwise stay away !!! There is a sales manager named Tom who has no manners whatsoever. I am trying to sell my car and was lied to to get me there from springfield only to be insulted by this piece of s**t. Apparently, he realized just today that their's is not a mercedes dealership. He didnt know this when he wanted to look at the car I am selling - a Mercedes sedan.
I would NEVER recommend buying a car here. My son recently graduated from college and was shopping for a used Ford Fusion and found one he liked at Jackson Ford. I spoke with Brett Hatfield several times on the phone about it and we agreed on an "out-the-door price" of $21,000. I even clarified specifically with him that the out the door price included the price of the car, taxes, license, title, and all fees. He confirmed it it. I have bought over 2 dozen cars in my life and always hated the experience. This dealership was kind and very hard working. They made me feel important and that my business to them really mattered. They worked hard to get me a great deal. I ended up buying 2 vehicles on 4/9/14. I recommend this place to everyone!
