I have a serious anxiety about going to the dentist and being in pain. This dentist is so gentle and accommodating that I am able to navigate through all the procedures and appointments without feeling stressed. There front desk very knowledgeable in setting appts.and working with insurance companies. Elaine and Emma very much know what they are doing. Dr Gross work can only be measured by his excellence and dedication to the dental profession. His honesty makes him tackle each issue the right way. His assistant Jen prepares you and sets your mind at ease. She’s an excellent assistant. I’m glad I booked my appointments for 2023. Good luck in getting one. He that good !

I felt welcome. The staff assisted me with filling out the forms with patience and positivity. The dental technician did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth with the safety protocols upheld.

During Thanksgiving 2022 weekend I developed a toothache. This was a real dilemma since I am a new patient that hadn't been seen yet. My first appt was scheduled for Jan. 2023; I knew I couldn't wait. Drs. Corapi and Grasso responded to my inquiry immediately. I needed a root canal; never had a root canal or extraction before. They are the absolute best dentist around. They are friendly from the front desk, cleaning & the 2 awesome dentists. I will not go to anyone else…❤️❤️❤️

The receptionist was patient and helpful. Assisted with a positive attitude. The hygienist was friendly and thorough. I felt welcome and felt my 6month cleaning was done well.

I don't enjoy visits to the dentist, but everyone I've dealt with in Splendid Smiles Jackson has done evrything they can to make me comfortable. I had 2 fillings done and I don't remember EVER having my bite correct when I walk out of previous dental offices. I always wind up going back for correction. Thank you so much Dr. Allison, for taking the time to get it right the first time.

this was my first visit as a new patient....unfortunately to repair a broken tooth vs. just an exam/cleaning.....the office staff, dental asst. and dentist were all very professional....dr. grasso was especially comforting during the procedure, did not rush, took all the time necessary to complete the repair. very pleased with my first time experience at splendid smiles.
