Professional and Caring! I am a carryover patient of Dr. Cravens and have been pleased with my care under Dr. Patel and staff. The staff which was retained after Dr. Cravens retired has always been pleasant to deal with and I'm glad they remained intact. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and professional and I consider this transition to be a good one.
Dr. Patel and His Staff are Great! Two words: Massage chair. Dr. Patel's staff is always so kind and welcoming, but not overly intrusive with questions you feel embarrassingly compelled to answer while someone else's fingers are in your mouth. Even though I've only seen him a handful of times, my interactions with Dr. Patel always feel personal and meaningful, rather than clinical and rote. I dare say I actually *enjoy* my dentist visits!
