Wow,where do i begin! I have to say all my anxiety, and panic that arises when i go to the dentist is something horrible. When i came here the staff, Dentist, and environment help me become relaxed. I went in and had xrays, and 2 teeth pulled that went very well, from the beginning till the end. Thanks so much Dr. Patel and Staff for a job well done for this anxiety, and panic having patient. 😁👏🤝🦷
I arrived to the appointment a little nervous but determined not to hurt another day. Pleasant greetings from staff assisted me to feel comfortable. Sat in the chair and Dr Pateloon came in with greeting and reassuring words. He took the time to apply something so the shots to numb the jaw DID NOT HURT. I have MAJOR dental anxiety and a lot of work to be done. The dental hygienist (Brandy) was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Dr. Patel was very professional, Nice and made me feel so relieved in assuring me we can get my mouth healthy! I would recommend this office to anyone who asked!!
It had been over 10 years since I last went to a dentist. Everyone was very friendly. It was a relatively pain-free experience. The hygienist who worked on my teeth was wonderful and gentle and explained things clearly. I was very anxious before my visit. Next visit I won't be.
We received excellent care and I was very happy
Everyone was very helpful and nice. They took their time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. I am very impressed with Dr. Patel, he is very easy to talk to.

Unfortunately I have terrible teeth and a painful situation that makes me long for labor instead of this feeling! Jackson Smiles staff were welcoming, comforting and quick. Very organized office. Everyone is friendly & professional & also cordial to one another. Brandi answered some questions I had as she cleaned my teeth. And my teeth still feel great.
