First Class! As a person with a lifelong phobia of going to the dentist, getting the proper dental care has always been difficult. Dr. Patel, Brandi, and the rest of the staff go out of the way to make my visits less stressful. Polly does an excellent job of dealing with the insurance nightmare, so I don't have to! Excellent! I had a great experience at Jackson Smiles! All of the staff was super friendly. I needed impressions, and despite the fact that they were about to close, they went ahead and did the impressions right away, so I would not have to schedule an extra appt to come back. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!
