The entire staff is friendly and professional from reception to the hygienist and Dr. Patel. Scheduling appointments is easy. The office is clean and modern (the massage chair is a nice touch). They are gentle with the floss and pick. Everyone communicates as caring professionals. I recommend Jackson Smiles to family and friends.
This place is the best! In the past I had horrible experiences with dentists. Dr. Patel talked me through my entire procedure to keep my calm and even called to check on me the day after the procedure. Hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. I'm so glad that I found a dentist that cares how the patient feels!
