Cutting off power for maintenance in the middle of the week in the middle of a work day is a HORRIBLE decision.
I am new to Jackson EMC the service is great especially customer service the on boarding was very detailed. Great company. I am very pleased.
New customer and we don’t have any complaints as of yet
Customer service is a hit or miss. Sad that the company doesn’t allow credits for disconnection fees no matter if it is a time courtesy or not. You could have service with them 5+ years and they will not give you a credit. They treat you like they never heard of or experienced a hardship.
