I went in for a free consultation and Mr. Jackson answered all of my questions and also helped me with an important document free of charge. He went the extra mile for me when he didn't have to, and that's why I'm leaving a five-star review. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and an all-around good guy.
Very unprofessional from my first encounter. I emailed them asking for pricing and if they would do payment plans and gave a full explanation of my situation. The response I was given was short, inaccurate, and rude. The response simply said “no, we can’t proceed without a retainer” which shows me they didn’t even bother to read my email because my first sentence clearly asked for pricing and cost for there services as well as asking if they did a payment plan. Great people, they did an excellent job. I did take my business elsewhere, but that was simply because of the relationship with my attorney, so my business followed them. Still no complaints about Jackson law.
