Everyone there is so friendly, I always feel like I’m with family. Checking in is a breeze and you don’t sit there forever afterwards. Dr. Jackson is so gentle and so are the girls cleaning your teeth. I’m so thankful I found him. I even have my daughter, son-in-law and grandkids going there now.

Great people very caring centrally located
Dr. Jackson and his team are absolutely amazing!! They are taking every precaution to keep their team and patients safe. I got checked in right away and taken back right at my appointment time, the x-rays were very easy and the hygienist Diamond is awesome!! She took her time (which i love) and my teeth have never felt so clean. I’ve already referred my fiancé and my parents to go see Dr. Jackson.

I've been a patient of Jackson Dental for over 5 years. The staff is super friendly and they don't push unnecessary procedures or services. I've personally have never had any problems or concerns and after moving around the Dallas Metro several times; I still have kept my patronage here!
I like being greeted by name when I come in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Brittany, my technician knew who I was and explained everything she was doing. She gives useful advice on how to keep your teeth clean. Dr Jackson is very technically competent and frank. I would certainly recommend his office to anyone.
