Dr.Jackson&all the Girls are Wonderful❤ I would Highly recommend anyone needing oral surgery to visit their office❤
Dr. Jackson was amazing, he made me feel super comfortable despite my anxiety and I got a few laughs in here and there too. He showed extreme care as well; I've never had a doctor call me up after a visit to make sure I was doing ok and feeling well. I was even sent home with an awesome care package after having my wisdom teach extracted. I highly doubt I'll go anywhere else for any oral surgery; everyone at the Middle Tennessee Oral Surgery Center are the best of the best.
I have never been more impressed by a group of professionals. The staff is amazing and truly do what they can to take care of their patients. After my surgery Dr Jackson called to check up on me and make sure I was doing the things I needed to speed recovery. If you are looking for an oral surgeon this is the place to go.
Amazing and caring group of professionals but at the same time fun! Makes you forget about why you were there in the first place!
It honestly just doesn't get any better than Dr. Jackson and his staff! I highly recommend this team. I always know I am in the best hands.
We have really good insurance but had to pay our potential "portion" upfront with the promise that after the insurance claims were finalized and paid, we would receive the balance back. The monies were received and cleared all banks in June. We are still waiting for the overpayment to be returned. Was told by Noma that no monies had been received yet (07/20) but the Insurance Company is showing checks cashed in June. Scanned and sent all EOB's via email with a detailed accounting of charges and payments. Now it is impossible... read more
Dr. Jackson and the staff at MTOSC are fantastic! They WILL make you laugh. They do an outstanding job and make the experience as pleasant as oral surgery can be. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I'll definitely be back to see Dr. Jackson and his staff!
I love Dr. Jackson, Noma and Brittany! The most amazing, comforting, professional front office staff I have ever met! They put you at ease the minute you enter, and I love their fun personalities, huge plus!
