We hired Frank to finish our basement in June 2022 and as of today more than a year later he hasn't finished the job. There isn't a complete bathroom, bar, cabinets or granite. This was supposed to be a 3 month job and we have no idea when he will finish. His workers haven't been here in months and he hasn't returned any phone calls. We have paid him around 80% of contract. Does anyone know if he filed for bankruptcy and what court? New business name?

I was leasing to purchase and the builder Frank Jackson filed bankruptcy changed the business name RE- established his business BUT LEFT the homeowners without a home

great job on cabinets. everything was measured correctly and built with the professionalism. The carpenters said "one of the best set of cabinets he ever set"
