Staff would not help me to the car with my 82 yo mom who had broke her leg. The 4 nurses were playing on their phone and didn't budge when I asked for someone to hold the door open.
Horrible place... waited more than 2 hours and still haven’t been called back to see the doctor....
Called 99 times this morning and No One answered. So I went by to ask for what I needed. I was met with “did you call” and “we are so busy and have had twice the patients”. Well, they were not even close to busy or full of patients. We had a plethora of parking spaces to choose from. They had three people at the desk doing nothing and definitely not on the phone answering phone calls. The staff was dismissive and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Best doctors I have found
Dr Guidi was a great doc. Listened to me and got very aggressive on treating my lungs. I love finding a Doc that listens and understands your needs. I had seen him years ago when he was at health dept. and my pcp thought I had tuberculosis. And he gave me a clear bill of health then. I knew when I seen him my lungs were in good hands. Highly recommended him for your after care needs.
Dr. John Guidi is great! So friendly, listened to us, and make our 5 year old super comfortable. Would have NO issue seeing him again.
