I had a great experience at Jackson Smiles! All of the staff was super friendly. I needed impressions, and despite the fact that they were about to close, they went ahead and did the impressions right away, so I would not have to schedule an extra appt to come back. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!
Everyone was kind, considerate and very professional. The staff did an excellent job and answered all my questions. They made me feel at ease and less worried about going to the dentist. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone that I know.

The staff is prepared for you and actually initiate a meaningful conversation. They schedule appointments within proper time intervals so that you have very little wait time. I feel valued each visit!
On 10-10-17 I had a dental emergency. Being new to the Jackson area I had no idea which dentist to choose. After looking on the internet I noted that this office sets aside time on the schedule for emergencies. I have the office a call and they worked me in on that day. The office staff, dental assistant, and Dr. Patel were awesome. They all made me feel like I was at home. I will definitely recommend this dental office to my family and friends. And plan on making Dr. Patel my dentist while in Jackson.
I had a great experience from the moment I arrived till I walked out the door. Dr. Patel was very gentle and kind. He made sure that I was not in pain. The staff at Jackson's Smiles were so polite and made sure I felt at ease. Thank y'all! 💗
It was great to call and be told to come on in when my crown came off. I went in and was checked and then the crown was cemented on and I was on my way! Thanks so much!
