My experience with Jackson Smiles was as good as it gets. I’m not a great patient when it comes to the dentist because I tend to panic a little but Tina picked up on it and was quick to try to help calm me. Her and Lydia both were great. They really helped me to relax and not go off the deep end. Dr Patel was knowledgeable and great about explaining things in a way that made it easy for me to understand it as well. I am one of those people scared of going to the dentist. I had a front tooth with a loose filling.I had called around and couldn't get a quick appointment. Jackson smiles got me in the same day I called. Everyone was so nice and professional. My wait time in the waiting room was short. Dr Patel even removed the old filling and put a new one in without even numbing me. I did not feel a thing..VERY impressed!
Very friendly staff. The dentist takes his time to explain everything and makes you very comfortable. Your care comes first with this staff.

Dr Patel is great! He always makes me feel comfortable and always has a smile. The office staff are all so friendly and I am always in and out with great efficiency. I highly recommend this dental office.
