Good visit to dentist as usual. Just for cleaning.
Dr. Patel and his staff continue to provide me and my family excellent dental service. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who is seeking a dentist, or looking to improve their smile. JB

The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. They got me in in 30 minutes with an urgent issue, though I'd never been there before. Where does that happen? I think the doctor is pretty awesome. He's a very bright detail oriented personable person. He makes you feel comfortable with no nonsense information delivery. I like that. Now that I'm over the crisis, I can't think of going anywhere else but Jackson Smiles.

I just moved to Jackson and was having lunch with a new friend when a veneer popped off! I found Dr. Patel, he got me in and out immediately. The heated/massaging patient chairs were a bonus but did not compare to the friendliness and warmth of Dr. Patel, Tiffany and the ladies at the front desk
The office staff, hygienists and dentist and extremely nice and professional!
I've been coming to this location since before Dr. Patel became the dentist, and he has always carried the same professionalism as his predecessor. Today was no different- they got right to work on getting my tooth fitted for a crown, and did two fillings on other teeth as well. Absolutely amazing people work here, and they take it upon themselves to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and understand what is going on inside your mouth when something changes. Tha kd guys!!!
