Very professional and friendly environment.
I went today for 6mos cleaning due and new patient exam. I was very pleased with my cleaning. She did a very thorough job and made me feel like she really cared about my dental concerns. Then when Dr Patel came in he just followed through with the same kind of great service. I will be returning for a crown and look forward to continued Dental health maintenance with your team here at Jackson smiles. Thanks To the front desk and back.

Who likes to go to the dentist? It helps when you have a professional staff. They were courteous, well knowledgeable, explained things so I understood them, and got me an appointment right away. I felt like they cared about me.

As always, the experience went beyond my expectations. The entire staff displayed all the qualities of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for the individual. I was highly impressed by a staff member who lovingly came to the aid of a customer who was weeping profusely. For years, I have hated going to the dentist and have regularly switched dentists because finding a good dentist and hygienist is so hard. Dr. Patel at Jackson Smiles has been my dentist now for almost 8 years, and I have never been happier.
