Caring atmosphere. Level of patient interaction and caring rarely seen in the medical field any more.

My experience at Jackson Smiles has been pleasant. I have had horrible experiences at the dentist office in the past. Dr Patel and his staff are a great group.
Everyone there is so nice and personable, any initial anxiety quickly fades. I can honestly say that I get so relaxed, I could fall asleep, but Dr Patel works too fast. I've had nothing but great service with every visit, and can only commend them, because I don't have a single bad thing to point out. If I had to say something bad, it'd be that they don't give me a cupcake when I leave. ;)

In a relatively short period of time Dr Patel has assembled an absolutely outstanding staff of professionals. Always an exceptional experience when you have an appointment. You matter to their team.
Another great visit. Just had a scheduled cleaning, but had a few questions for Dr. Patel. He took his time answering my questions as if I had an appointment with him. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Always enjoy and appreciate your professional friendly staff. Never have to wait an extended period of time. Every one is knowledgeable and capable of answering any questions I may have. Customer service is great.
