Of all auto shops i have been to this shop is by far the most honest and prices always less than what i think it would cost. This shop is easily the best ive been to. Even towed my vehicle for free this recent winter. Customer of theres for 3 years now.
Steve at Jackson auto is very trustworthy and fair. They do great work. Everyone in Jackson loves this place.
Today is August 25, 2017. My first visit to Jackson Auto Service was August 25, 1988. I was working in Jackson and my starter failed. A customer suggested I take it to Jeff - that was about 3:00 PM. The car was repaired and ready by 6:00 PM and the charge was so reasonable I have never been anywhere else in 29 years. When my car wouldn't start at the Lake Forest Oasis on the Illinois Tollway I called AAA and had it towed to Jackson. Thank you Jeff, Steve, and Casey for 29 years of worry free service.
Car died called Saturday morning they were open came picked us up drove us home wow so nice
