Today I woke up with a positive attitude and ready to start my 5-day work week. I backed out of my driveway and BOOM... my tire pressure light came on and I heard what sounded like my brakes were grinding. Turns out at 7:36am this morning I had a flat tire. The sound I heard was my rim, grinding down my driveway. I went to my auto insurance app and requested roadside assistance - estimated time 45min. I was stranded at the Jackson Clinic with a dead battery. Called Jackson Auto and they came right within a couple of minutes. They got my car started and when I asked them what I owed, he said nothing and jumped in his vehicle. I didn't even have time to say a HUGE THANK YOU!!! Now that is great service!!
