I’ve had a car for a little over a month, I wanted to return the car 5 days after having it! They refused! I’m now replacing the transmission a month into having the car!
I'm retracting my original positive post for this dealership. They sold us a vehicle that they had done a very poor inspection on. We purchased the vehicle in December, and since then we have had put $6000 into the vehicle with multiple issues that most likely were missed or not disclosed to us. Make sure you have your car over looked by a mechanic prior to purchasing.
Everyone is great at Jackson. If you are looking for a vehicle go to Jackson you will not regret it.
I bought a 2010 Subaru forester and it is wonderful! They put new brakes in, a new belt and fixed the wipers for me before I drove off the lot! The customer service was absolutely amazing!
shady business practices, don't follow through with the warranty, give false promises, poor customer service. I could go on and on.
Leonard, J.R and his crew were amazing to work with. Had some noise on a test drive when it was snowing out, the next day when the roads cleared after purchase noise were still there, brought it back and they took care of the bad wheel bearing and even replaced the brake pads because it was low. One of the best customer service I've ever experienced. These guys will take care of your needs and I would totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great used vehicle. Thanks Jackson Auto!!
They are very dishonest about their vehicles. Ours was sold to us with an extended warranty that we just found out shouldn't have even been sold to us! We are sitting with a truck payment on a vehicle with a shot motor within 6 months of purchasing and they did work to begin with on this motor & we never knew right away before our purchase. It was not revealed when we requested the carfax.
