I called for an emergency appointment later in the evening for my cat and was told they did not have appointments that late. The lady I spoke with didn't attempt to work with me.
honestly happy I never even took an animal here I called to ask about availability of appointments and to ask a few questions I had a kitten dumped at my place of work and I was trying to get some stuff figured out. The girl on the phone was not very thrilled to help me with anything and then hung up on me at the end of the call before I was even done talking.
My dog was sick.. they were able to get her scheduled quickly and were extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
