We purchased a new Acura MDX for $48,000+ from Jackson Acura and had it serviced there for its entire lifetime. **** was our service advisor during this time. When we began to experience excess oil consumption to the tune of 3+ quarts between oil change intervals, we took the vehicle in to speak with him in person. He proceeded to tell us "they don't make them like they used to", "you need a whole new engine", and dismissed all of our concerns. Jackson Acura is Top Notch! Just bought a used Acura from Jackson Acura. This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I found a car on their website and was able to make an appointment to see Doug, their internet sales manager. We ended up looking at several vehicles, even taking an extended test-drive on one model. I bought a 2021 RDX FROM Jackson Acura after reading reviews and talking to other buyers. That experience was great but the service **** earns an F. They ordered a part for a malfunctioning window - ordered the wrong part. 2nd try was back ordered for months. Then they lost the order and had no way to trace it. Now on the third attempt - including 4 trips there to try and get this resolved. They still cant tell me if they have the correct part ordered or not. I took my car in for an oil change 1/2/2021. When the dealership handed the can back to me, I noticed a funny smell in my car. ( My oil smelled like DIFFERENTIAL oil ). After driving it for a few days, my car started to emit some pining noises. This was getting worse to a point it started making tapping noises when I started the car up in the morning. Very misleading with setting up recall appointment For my vehicle .
