We bought replacement windows for the whole house in 2007. Getting ready to sell now. Home inspection showed broken seals in most of the windows. Wouldn't you know the warranty isn't any good. As with other reviews the business that they got there glass from isn't in business. Is this just a coincidence? Was supposed to get a quote a few weeks ago. Left a message again and still nothing. Please read through the contract, we do have a lifetime warranty on labor, the Manufacture has the lifetime warranty on the product, trust us when we say, we are not happy about the Manufacture going out of business, if we would have known this we would never do business with them. we are only charging the cost of the glass to repair, we pay our installer to come out measure and put the glass in when we receive it. As soon as the Manufacture has given us a quote for the glass we will call the Client.
Jack's has lousy customer service once you buy windows. Stay away from this place.

I would like to start off by apologizing, we have had some issue's in our service department with some change overs, on top of that we have some extremely long lead time with the Manufacture, We are not going any where, we are going to take care of you, we just ask for some patience.

Getting windows from this company was the worst decision we ever made!! Their installers are incompetent (they broke new windows, they broke new frames, they installed incorrectly so around the windows filled with water and ruined the siding on the front and side of our house). We were lied to by our sales man. We were lied to by the operations manager. We were basically treated like crap. All they cared about was getting paid for their crappy job.

I apologize for your inconvenience. I am not sure what happened as far as the installers or why there was such an issue. The windows sometimes (because of shipping) are broken and unfortunately we can't see this until we unwrap them. We keep them wrapped and as secure as we can until we get to the customers home. I know that we have broken glass and sometimes mainframes are damaged but with the wrapping around the window it is hard to see. Ordered windows on 9/12/17. Everything went good except 1 window had an internal flaw. Has been 2 months with multiple calls and complaints resulting in lies and deception on resolving the complaints. Still sitting here without the replacement window!
i had an free estimate for a glass sliding door to be replaced at my home and everything went good till we got to the price. I told the salesman that i had 2 other quotes and one was cheaper than theirs by 180.00 dollars and i told the salesman that if he could lower the price 30.00 more dollars which is still over my lower bid from another company i would go with jacks, but they said they couldnt and lost my bussiness for 30.00 dollars. i told them if they are not willing to budge for me for 30.00 dollars than i am not will... read more

I am sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered. Jack's Wholesale Windows came right between two of your bids. We actually beat one and was just over the other. We are sorry that we couldn't come down any further but we had already went under our cost . When our representative was at your house you asked for $30.00 lower and then when one of our managers called you to try to you changed your price to $60 lower.
