Do not stand behind warranty several windows have lost seal. The gas in window no longer good. Jacks want me to pay up front for the bad windows to be fixed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5 months later my service has NOT been completed. First cancelled due to weather, 3 weeks later cancelled due to employee emergency, 3 weeks later cancelled due to not showing up in their window frame and not being able tell me when they arrived. 4th set up them telling me I TELL THEM TIME AND DAY AND I'LL BE THE FIRST STOP. I bought $9,000 of the best replacement windows Jack's had been advertising about 3 years ago. The management at Jacks trains the sales reps to really push their lifetime warranty on their windows. At the time they were advertising buy 2 windows get the 3rd free. I asked about this when the sales rep was trying to get my business. He was trained to say it was figured into the total cost. While others may have had a positive experience with Jack's Wholesale Windows of Schoolcraft, mine was not one of those instances. Here is why, listed chronologically: -I requested a certain design for both of the windows I ordered and did not receive the design, despite the signed service agreement saying otherwise. -I was told that someone 'assumed' that the design I requested was wrong, as it was not a 'standard' design. I would NOT recommend having jacks wholesale windows install any windows in your home. My grandmother had a large window replaced by them finally after they rescheduled due to only one guy coming out the first time who decided he wasn't capable of doing the job but himself. The window is not square, my 6'3" 300lb husband has to put all of his weight into it to get one side to lock shut, there are two holes on the interior window ledge which you can see all the way through to the outside. We are totally screwed. I've NEVER felt this way about a business before. We calmly listened to our fast talking salesman, assuming he was so intense because he's young. We still thought we were getting a fair deal on a replacement of our sliding glass door. The warranty sounded terrific (he really bragged this up). So, we paid almost $3,000.00, totally up front, to supposedly put us at the "top of the list" of the installation schedule. They set up an installation date, once our "custom made" door was done. Have had problems from Day One, they didn't properly install things, wouldn't come back and fix things, wouldn't return calls. Now I have another window spotting/clouding and they won't honor their guarantee. Stay Away!!!!

I have bought windows from you guys they are clouding up there all fogged over and can't see through them you guys sold me windows with a lifetime warranty and I want you guys to honor the warranty and not renege on it like you been doing you say you've got the best warranty into business prove it to me

Everything was fine until we needed a window replaced due to a broken seal. 3 no show appointments to get it installed. The last scheduled appointment was set with the operations manager himself. I confirmed it the day before, and still it was a no show.
