Dr Jacks is a wonderful caring doctor. He never makes me feel rushed, he always listens to my concerns and answers my many questions, and when we lost our baby he even wrote us a card and sent it in the mail with his condolences. We love Dr Jacks.
I'll never go back to Gilbert Pediatrics and I said so to Dr. Timothy Jacks. He messed up a procedure involving my son and his office is still trying to charge us for it. When I brought my kid into the office to show him the screw-up, all he had to say was that "the service was provided" and that the word "correct" is a relative term. Dr. Jacks is not the only condescending assembly-line-style doctor in that office either. In fact, Dr. Jones is the only reason we stuck with them for as long as we have.
