Steaks were not seasoned prior to cooking. I ordered mine Medium Rare and it was cooked to temp but lacked a seared outer crust. Apparently they are cooking on a grill that does not have the heat required to sear a steak and still allow a rare to medium rare interior temp. Sorry Jack's. we cannot recommend your establishment and will not return. Very disappointed after reading so many reviews. Apparently I have much higher standards when ordering a 30$ steak

RecommendedJack's Steak House has always welcomed us warmly. It hasn't mattered if it was our wedding rehearsal supper 19 yrs ago to our Fathers Day supper which I won. My stepdad would love to ride his scooter down on nice days for a good meal. We would and have recommended Jack's to both friends, family and people who are asking for good service and a great place to eat. Jack's you have given us many wonderful memories. Thank you for that!!
