We love Jack's and have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Their food is really delicious! I just used them again for a second time for catering, and our guests raved about it; many plan to visit the restaurant now. Kymberlie Avila helped with the catering, and she is absolutely amazing. She is so responsive and helpful! She checked in with me the day before the party and again the day after to make sure everything was OK. Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Jack’s Restaurant. We were a group of four adults, all over 45 years old, and the waiter insisted on checking every single one of our IDs. It felt unnecessary, strange, and honestly made us feel singled out. The way it was handled left us questioning whether we were being treated differently because of our backgrounds. I understand that restaurants have policies, but customers should always be treated with respect and consistency. Definitely not the experience we expected.
Great spot to have breakfast or lunch. Great service, drinks and food!
