The owner is awesome. Crew is decent, hourly rate is fair, and they seem to do good work. Was keeping track of time and they padded the hours by an hour and a half over two days. It's whatever, though. I'm sure the owner would fix it, if i asked. Ultimately it's only like 10% of the bill. Our furnace at Thompson's Motors went out today (12/5/24) and Caleb showed up in no time. Got us up and running for a fair price. Can't thank you guys enough! If you are having heating/cooling issues please keep them in mind!

I stopped into the office to purchase a filter and explained to Caleb that I think there is something wrong with the furnace. I explained what was happening. I then asked if a servicemen was available today or tomorrow and he said he could be there in a couple of hours. He was fast, efficient and very professional! He even installed the new filter, which isn't the typical flat filter, it's the pleated type that is much more difficult to install. Thank you for getting my furnace up and running so quickly!

My furnace stopped working on Easter Sunday, 2024. I called Jacks Sunday evening, left a message. Someone called me back at 8am on Monday morning. A technician was to my house shortly after that. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and explained the options and the issue with the furnace. Me knowing almost nothing about furnaces, I was very comfortable working with Jacks Heating & Cooling. I would definitely recommend them. Michelle - Lapeer
