I've used Jack's twice now, in the past several years. Both service calls were handled quickly, professionally, and to my full satisfaction. The most recent technician went above and beyond! This company was the ONLY company, after reaching out to several, that responded promptly, addressed all of my concerns and questions, and provided a competitive pricing quote. Highly recommend!
They tore out a old furnace they put in a brand new furnace and ductwork very professional on time every morning cleaned up their mess did a excellent job would highly recommend these guys for any job thanks again. Had a new hot water tank installed over a week ago I was not home when the installation was done but my daughter was so the new hot water tank has a gash in the side of tank the worker told my daughter it would PROBABLY be ok . What do you mean probably? So I tried calling the boss in charge and he was not availab... read more

All I can say is that I will never be calling Jack's Heating again.
Don't go here unless you like getting surprise bills in the mail... "oh by the way, you owe us this as well"..... and this is AFTER I went in to pay what I was told was my bill in total. Got a surprise bill one day after I thought my business was concluded with them, and when questioning them, the receptionist fed me a few lines of mumbo jumbo. Poor customer service. I'd never treat my clients like this. Steer clear!!
