Unfortunately, I’ve had two bad experiences with Jacks donuts. I was super excited when they first set up shop so writing this review gives me no pleasure. I ordered a few donuts through grub hub and the Bavarian cream I ordered had literally a small drop of the cream filling that I could barely taste and one of the other donuts I received was different from what I ordered. On a separate visit, I received a donut I am certain was not fresh (perhaps left overnight). Very disappointed and probably won’t return. What a shame.

Delicious donuts and they are one of the few that have a gluten free option that actually tastes great with a great consistency the coffee is amazing and the staff is super friendly

6/12/2020 update, Jack's is open. Good selection, I am glad they are back. I was wanting to go here for quite some time and finally was able to stop in. I usually just get a couple of donuts at the Von's, that is one block further. Today 3/20/2020, Von's had nothing as far as fresh pastries. I decided to go Jack's and check them out. Boy was I glad that I did!! Fresh and at a good price. I did notice the Ralph's grocery store patrons waiting in line to get do their shopping. Love the heart behind this place, but if I'm totally honest, I'm just not a fan of their donuts. I'll probably come through in the future just to support local business, and because my kids don't mind it. But it wouldn't be my first choice for donuts in the area. Coffee is good though, and the staff/owners are polite and friendly.
