After being rear-headed on a highway which is already frustrating and painful enough, then dealing with not at all supportive insurance, I'm so appreciative of Jack's Collision professionalism, friendliness, transparency, and honesty! Kevin and Amanda absolutely went beyond customer service expectations, dealt with my insurance & lawyer patently, and fixed my car beautifully! I can't thank them enough!!!
Late on a Friday afternoon I was passing through Bonita Springs for a weekend vacation, and my sunroof would not close. I stopped at Jack's to see if they could help. Without hesitation the owner, Kevin Lipscomb went out to my car and was able to manually close the sunroof. He saved the day as it could have derailed my trip if I couldn't get it to close .
