Our golden retriever was licking his paws raw for months. The vet said it could be allergies and asked about our home air. We never thought of the ducts. Our house is 15 years old. The cleaning crew came and showed us video from inside the vents before they started. There was so much pet hair and dander from past owners, plus fine dust. The dryer had been taking much longer than normal to dry clothes, and after the vent cleaning the difference was immediate. Airflow improved significantly, and drying times went back to normal. The technician worked carefully, cleaned up afterward, and explained the importance of regular maintenance. Very professional experience overall.
