This wasn’t my first time going to jack nails, the first time they were unbelievably friendly and did an amazing job on my nails….this time I had tried to communicate with the nail tech to make the stars look neater and the bubble ish wave in the background not to be so sharp but she made it sharper and left the stars. I wish I had the balls to say in the moment that I wasn’t paying for this, 80$ no tip for this disaster. I had to go to emerald lotus and spa where they corrected the shape and the design. Would not recommend
I visited the shop in April before leaving for our trip for a month, it was my first time stepping foot in a nail salon and I must say it was very disappointing, the atmosphere was not what I was expecting, it looked very dated, I definitely did not feel relaxed. The stars are for Lyn only, she was very kind and patient with me, I walked out very happy with my newly painted nails BUT I did not feel comfortable listening to the owner speaking to her in the back room, she was speaking in fake broken english and kept repeating ... read more
