They did great job on my mom's car. I don't mind going back again especially the free $12 dollar car wash with every basic services.
I come in to get an oil change and the staff are explaining to a customer his oil is clean and he doesn't necessarily need a change. How often do you hear a business say that - you don't need to spend money here today? I'm always worried about the opposite - high pressure sales to buy stuff you don't really need. Plus, you can vacuum your car for free and at the standard oil change price they check the air and cabin filters, show them to you and check the tire pressure. I'm sold.

Horrible service
You guys ripped the skid plate off my Mazda, failed to remove screws during a basic oil change. You have children doing oil changes with power tools. Absolutely ridiculous and anyone that values their car should probably take it to a dealer.
