Jack's has been a family owned and run store for many years. They know bikes inside and out. Excellent treatment for sales, accessories, clothing, and the best service that is second to none. Don't buy that bike at the big box or department store. There you buy a bike and they are done with you. Come to Jack's, where they won't do you wrong

Was a bit nervous to get a bike as a bigger guy, but Scott knew the EXACT bike to put me in, and it was one of the best decisions I've made. He could've easily upsold me on a more expensive bike, but the one he chose was an entry level price, which I really respect. I have not had a single issue with the bike and have ridden it all summer.
