Jack’s is the only Bicycle shop in Monroe County!! Customer service is outstanding. Scot and Rob go out of their way to serve their customers!! They are Essential!!
Jacks has maintained my family fleet of Bicycles for over 20 years. Scott, Rob and their team are essential to the cycling community and their quality and expertise are exceptional. Recently, I had them put some fenders on my Sirrus. I Really enjoy the function AND the way the fenders transformed the look of the bike.
They value educating cyclist, to keep them riding safely. Both Rob and Scott are always willing to spend time explaining and showing tips to care for our bikes. They have an enthusiastic passion for what they do and a good sense of humor too!
