Being a native Texan, I recognize good Texas hill country barbecue brisket when I smell that smoky aroma and shovel it down the hatch. Jack's is it in Seattle! Of course, you gotta wash it down with a Shiner Bock!

Great stuff- Pulled pork is perfectly done. The beans are saucy and spicy, and the cole slaw has great tang to it! Love this place!
