Loved this place but went on sat 9/22 for a friends bday! Two young ladies at the front telling us even know there’s 10 empty tables it’s only two servers available at 5:30 on Saturday night and we have to wait for an hour seems pretty ridiculous otherwise we’d love the place
RecommendedOnly "Texas BBQ" place I've found in Seattle that's actually good. Actual smokers flood the street and parking lot with smokey Texas goodness. Ribs were okay, but the brisket was a nearly fat-free slab of heaven. Didn't care for the sauce, but the meat doesn't need it. Nice bark on the brisket, too. Get the Texas caviar...thank me later.
